This circuit converts the Vbus data to TTL levels so that it can be used as input to an Arduino
This is fully described by its author here: https://piamble.wordpress.com/2014/06/17/home-energy-centre-using-raspberry-pi-and-nook-simple-touch/ As designed there is a voltage divider in the output in order to make the levels compatible with the Raspberry Pi (0-3V). However, I have chosen to omit that divider and, if required, use a better logic level converter on a separate PCB.
