555 Servo Controller
Version 1 - Last update: Oct 26, 2015

Using a 555 Timer to control a standard servo. Using this to learn about Circuit.io. Still need to figure out how to use bipolar 555 and panel mount pot.

Using a 555 Timer to control a standard servo (rotates 0-180 degrees). Pot adjusts output pulse width between approximately 1ms and 2ms, which is the range needed to rotate the servo 0 and 180 degrees, respectively. Actual pulse width at pot extremes is probably 2ms, so user should be aware of this. A 1.5ms pulse width yields a 90 degree position. The frequency is ~50Hz.
